Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

As we work diligently to ensure quality of these handmade products we ask that once your order is placed, please allow 3 business days for processing of your order before it ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to upload in the system. We ship the packages through USPS, United States Postal Services. We ship domestically only. Domestic shipping takes approximately 2-14 business days. 

During summer months, in an attempt to prevent our butters from melting while in transit, we freeze them overnight after making them. So, if you receive your product and it is still frozen, please kindly set your products out in room temperature and it should be good to use after a few hours.

In an effort to be sustainable and environmental conscious, our products are packed using recycled paper products. Our packaging might not be "pretty" but we desire to focus on creating great natural products and making it available at an affordable price. 

Pick up in person, please send us an email before you choose this option to be sure you are able to do pick up in person. The physical location for this pick up will be somewhere in Avon or around West 38th St Indianapolis in Indiana.

Returns and Exchanges

No refund is provided, all sales are final.  However, we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item or request a refund, send us an email at contact@orireorganics.com

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
